Tuition Assistance Program

Most people understand education to be a privilege. This is especially true of private education, where schools are not funded by the government, but by generous benefactors and by the families who attend. Unfortunately, many families find it difficult to manage the cost of private education. It is our desire to provide an excellent education for the children of any family that desires it, regardless of socioeconomic circumstance. We do not want to see students turned away simply because tuition exceeds their family’s ability to pay. Yet, there is a fixed cost to education, and a commitment to excellence in our programs requires that the quality of education not be compromised by efforts to maintain reasonably low tuition.
How Tuition Assistance Works

The Tuition Assistance Program consists of three basic parts:

1. Financial Assessment
If you wish to enroll your child at Founders Christian School, but feel you are unable to meet the demands of the tuition schedule, a family may apply for tuition assistance after completing the Admissions Application. We partner with a third party organization (FACTS) which provides the school with an objective evaluation of a family’s economic need.

2. Tuition Assistance Offer
The financial information provided by FACTS is used to make an offer for Tuition Assistance. Applicants will receive a Tuition Offer Letter in the mail.

3. Tuition Partners
In order to fill the gap between tuition revenue and the actual cost of education, we partner with individuals and businesses who make generous financial contributions to support the mission of Founders Christian School.

If you are interested in partnering with us, please visit our Giving page or call the school office at (281) 602-8006. Someone in our development office would be delighted to help you customize your giving plan.
