Admissions Process



The following bulleted list will walk you through the admissions process. While we want to move families through the process quickly, we are also committed to being thorough in developing relationships with potential incoming families. Please do not hesitate to contact the school office should you have any questions along the way.

Complete online application and supplemental forms for admission. All forms must be submitted before processing begins. An application processing fee of $100.00 must accompany each application. If student is not accepted, $50.00 is refundable. Maximum family fees: $ 300.00.

The Medical Information and Emergency Medical Forms must be completed and submitted with an up-to-date immunization record and insurance card.

Read the Student Tuition Policy and Statement of Faith of FCS.

All applications require a Teacher Reference form to be completed and returned to FCS by mail or fax. Do the same for the optional Church Reference form.

A student who attends preschool prior to applying for kindergarten at FCS must have his/her previous teacher fill out a Kindergarten Student Evaluation form. The teacher who completes the form should return it to FCS by mail or fax.

Submit copies of the student’s most recent end-of-year report card and any standardized test scores for the most recent school year.

Complete and return the Transfer of Records Request form to FCS so that final grades, reports, and any pertinent school records from any previous school(s) can be requested and sent to FCS.

Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Complete an interview with the admissions team. After the admissions team and the head of school have reviewed your completed file, you will be contacted by the office to schedule an interview. Students must accompany their parents/guardians to the interview. Following the interview, you will be notified in writing of the decision regarding your application for admission.

Once a student is accepted as a member of the FCS student body, a non-refundable Commitment Fee equal to one-half of the family’s total first month’s tuition is due within thirty (30) days in order to complete the admissions process. This fee is a credit applied to the annual, first semester, or first of twelve (12) monthly tuition payments due August 5th or August 20th.
